Committee Member Social

I've been a Member of HOEOCA since 2009 and on the Committee since 2010. 

I went on a boat for the first time in 2008 with no previous experience. Being part of the Club has provided opportunities to train, to race, to go on holiday, to join rallies and just to enjoy the social life! Being a member of the crew means being part of a team so I'm happy to join in and do whatever I'm capable of doing so I can enjoy sailing with others. Be safe, be friendly. 

I've found other Club members have the same idea and it makes sailing really enjoyable. When I joined HOEOCA I didn't know anyone but it was something I wanted to do and I've made so many friends. I even get my husband to join in if it's somewhere warm!
