About HOEOCA

At the Heart of England Offshore Cruising Association (HOEOCA) we aim to promote all forms of offshore sailing for people who live, primarily, in the West Midlands. We provide opportunities to participate in a wide variety of activities to enable members to improve all aspects of their sailing skills and knowledge. From cruising and racing to training courses, guest speakers and social events, we provide our members with the chance to experience every element of offshore sailing.   We are affiliated to the Royal Yachting Association (RYA).
