OVERVIEW

Interested in navigation and skippering skills?  The 22 week RYA Day Skipper Theory evening courses start on Monday 23 September 1900 - 2100 run by HOEOCA member Vic Stuthridge of 2nd Meridian Training.

The RYA Day Skipper and Watch Leader syllabus includes seamanship, coastal navigation and pilotage, chart work, electronic charts, position fixing, plotting a course to steer, tides, weather forecasting and meteorology and collision regulations.
