Results of the 2018 Rally Survey

42 members responded to the survey which is just under 30% of the current membership.

Headline results are as follows

- 64% of respondents attend Spring Rallies nearly always or quite often
- 45% of respondents attend Autumn Rallies nearly always or quite often
- Hot Hot Hot attendance is more ad hoc with a core 32% nearly always attending 
- The main reason why members do not attend Rallies more often is time available (42% of respondents for Spring and 47% for Autumn) 
- Small preference of 7 days over 5 for the Spring Rally (3 Members)
- Small preference to include the late May Bank Holiday weekend over mid May for the Spring Rally (2 Members). Early June was the least popular.
- Most favoured spots for the Spring Rally are The Channel Islands (30 people) and Normandy (28 people) with Brittany (23 people), West Coast of Scotland and the West Country (both 24 people) not far behind.
- Members preferred a more formal dinner rather than Fancy Dress for the Autumn Rally. This was the most distinct finding.
- 55% of respondents would like bespoke Rally clothing but would want to buy it as a separate item (rather then be included in the cost of the Rally)
- Of those people who used the new on-line booking process 85% found it easy
