Welcome to HOEOCA

At the Heart of England Offshore Cruising Association we encourage all forms of yacht sailing, from cruising to racing, in a variety of coastal and offshore locations, for adults who live, primarily, in the West Midlands.

With HOEOCA you can improve your sailing skills, both on and off the water, in an enjoyable and friendly way. We’re a friendly and sociable club and welcome new members at all levels of experience. Beginners and anyone new to yachts are particularly welcome.  Come along to one of our Social Evenings or Speaker Nights to say hello and get to know more about us.
